We are an active partner in the association MLS (the Multi Listing Service): with our nearly 500 colleague agencies on Cote d'Azur, we assure that our sellers get the maximum exposure to buyers in the whole Département Alpes Maritimes. At the same time, our buyers benefit from our collaboration with those colleagues: we search across the market to find the perfect home on their behalf. Finally, by virtue of being foreigners and speaking many languages, we can identify with a foreigner's needs, while we also ensure a process that is fully compliant with the local standards due to our long presence in Southern France.
